March 20-24: Workflow Loom Videos

It's all about collaboration. This week, we continued our rollout of the comments feature and integrated Loom videos into our Workflows feature.

🆕 New Features

Time tracking comments: ⏲️ You can now add comments to time entries in the Timesheets section of the HR app. Upload images, files, and links, and react to comments. This a useful feature if you want to explain a time entry that differs from your normal schedule or if you need more information on submitted working hours.

Loom videos in Workflows: 📹 Video is the way to go! To help your employees better understand workflow items, you can now add Loom videos. When creating a new workflow item, simply enter the Loom video URL into the new Instructions Loom Url field. Your video will then show up in the workflow item in the Employee Hub.

Email notifications for comments: 📧 You will now receive an email notification whenever someone leaves a comment for you in the Employee Hub.
