In this release, we've added a comment function to workflow template items, adjusted permissions for hiring managers, and fixed an issue with the time balance feature.

Comments: Add commenting support for Workflow_Template_Item__c.
Permissions: Allow Hiring Manager to add skills, evaluators, quick evaluation.
Position Management: Information banner on the employee record page.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Time Balance: Fixed an issue with Time Limits during Submit Time Entry action with a break.
