How To Enable and Configure a Career Page
Open the flair Recruiting app using the Salesforce App Launcher.
To configure your career page, select Career Page in the top navigation bar. Now click Connect.
Allow access to your Salesforce account.
Now you have created your career page.
On this page, you can personalize your career page by:
- Uploading your company logo
- Changing the career page URL
- Linking your company website
- Linking your privacy policy
- Grouping jobs by department or location
- Selecting your brand colors
- Choosing a default language (flair currently supports English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian)
- Write a company description
Once you have filled in the fields, you can scroll back up to the top and click the career page URL to see a preview.
Lastly, go to Career Page Fields in the Salesforce navigation bar. Here you can add new fields and define which ones are mandatory, optional, or hidden for job applicants. You can also edit the names of the fields, reorder them, and write descriptions to guide job applicants.
Congratulations, you've just created and activated your career page!
